James Clarke is the founder of James Clarke Property, a developer passionate about creating high-quality projects across New Zealand. Beyond property, James is deeply connected to the outdoors,  splitting his time between Queenstown and Great Barrier Island. An adventure at heart, he enjoys hunting, fishing, diving,  snowboarding , skydiving and home cooking - sharing the lifestyle that inspires his work. 

 

 Deeply connected to the ocean, James Clarke spends much of his time boating and exploring New Zealand’s waters. His passion for the sea extends into action through his support for marine conservation, with a commitment to restoring the abundance and biodiversity of New Zealand’s marine environment.
